Kayla Hoke

Mental Health Counselor Associate

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and graduate of Liberty University. I believe that reaching out for therapy is a brave step, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and work toward the life they want to build.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are and tailor our work together to their unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, and personal growth. I understand the challenges and impact of stress, overstimulation, broken relationships, health complications, and disappointment, that so often creep into our lives. It can be overwhelming and scary to navigate alone. My hope is that, together, we can work to quiet the noise and make life more manageable.

I have completed Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy training and am a certified Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) facilitator, allowing me to also support couples in building stronger communication, deeper connection, and healthier relationships.
I believe therapy is not about having everything figured out. It is about having a place to be honest, grow, and feel supported along the way. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
