You, as my client, are the number one focus. As a mental health therapist/counselor, I place great value on working in a supportive environment and assisting you to develop goals to help you become a better individual who lives life to the fullest.
In identifying your issues and questions, the general goal of counseling is to help you learn to implement coping mechanisms. Counseling is a powerful agent in helping us to be at our best when the other person may not be at their best.
I offer integrative therapy models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other models based to fit each person’s needs.
It is also my belief that we are allowed to take control of our own lives through changing our behavior. Ideally, helping clients learn coping mechanisms enables a sustainable direction.
As a client, you will be welcomed into my practice and if you will allow me to walk through your mental health developmental progress with you, together we can accomplish a change in your life.
Therapy will be action-based as we spend time together. As you share with me and entrust my confidentiality, I believe that I can help you take control of your environment and your life.
